1. What are your current job roles and responsibilities?
My existing job roles and responsibilities are to support the team in maintain the smooth running of various fields of finance. These roles and responsibilities are as follows; requesting invoices to customers, running P&L (Financial reports), mail merge Channels Revenue Index letters to customers, creating projects, analysing/ reporting data, generating OBI & ADI reports for colleagues in which they will analyse and report to the manager.
2. Which parts of the apprenticeship programme are you enjoying the most?
I have really enjoyed participating in activities which we have done in the training session. But the most enjoyable was the Myers Briggs which was very astonishing to find out a lot about the type which you fit in and which others do to. It gets fascinating when you get to the end because I was amused at the end knowing that this is actually me, how I behave and my personality.
An extra part which I enjoy most is working alongside my experienced colleagues. I experience and gain knowledge while I am undertaking tasks e.g. analysing and reporting data which gets me involved, educated, motivated and challenges my skills and ability to handle the pressure.
3. How have you benefited from the programme so far?
I have benefited from this programme in many ways. I am more confident on the path that I desire to take in my career and I am now even more aware of what goes around the business which I had not considered of. This has facilitated my understanding of myself additionally and how to gain achievement in a business industry. I have expanded my knowledge and experience on distinguishing how to run invoices, analysis data, report data, running financial reports and creating projects.
I have taken advantage in this programme by stepping into the financial world which will enable me to go ahead with my career. Having this programme on my CV will make me valuable to future employers because not only I am taking this brilliant programme but for working in one of the world’s most acknowledged organisations within the market.  I would greatly recommend learners to take up this apprenticeship scheme because this will not only aid the individual but this will defiantly benefit the company in the long term through investing in the individual.
