Since reading sociology at the University of Lodz in Poland, Ania travelled to London, gaining experience over several years in the hospitality industry. Ania joined Straight A Training in February 2010 as a trainer/assessor and has combined her professional experience in hotel management with her long standing goal of becoming a Trainer. In her spare time she studies French, conducts training to improve her skills as a teacher and studies the psychology of personal development.
