Anne joined Straight A Training in November 2007 as a Trainer/Assessor. Before joining Straight A Training, Anne gained a wealth of knowledge, experience and skills from over 15 years in the Hospitality and service industry in reputable establishments such as the Plaza on Hyde Park and the Natural History Museum. She has achieved her BA (Hons) in International Hotel and Tourism Management.
She currently is responsible for championing literacy development within Straight A Training; to support both her colleagues and her learners. As part of this, Anne is studying towards her Diploma in Teaching along with a specialism in Literacy and ESOL.
More recently Anne has shown commitment and aptitude for developing and delivering bespoke courses in Business English.
